Strong is
a schedule.

Coached barbell training in small groups. Three sessions a week, tracked to the kilo.

05:30

12:10

Express 40

Short session built for a lunch break.

17:45

Evening strength

Heaviest room of the day, full coaching.

First two weeks free

No lock-in, no joining fee, cancel by text. Bring shoes and water.

Coached, capped
at eight people.

Every session is programmed in advance and written on the board. You lift the same movements for six weeks, add load, then test. Nothing is random and nothing is timed for the sake of it.

Two coaches on the floor, eight lifters, and a logbook that follows you from the first empty bar onwards.

"Never touched a barbell at 41. Deadlifting 120kg at 43 and my back stopped hurting somewhere in between."
Marama S. · Two years in
"The programme is boring in the best way. Same lifts, more weight, and the coaches actually watch you."

Before you start

I've never lifted before.

Good. Your first two sessions are technique only, empty bar, one coach on you.

What if I miss a week?

Nothing happens. No fees, no make-up sessions, the programme picks up where you left it.

Do I need a referral?

No, but tell us about injuries and we will write around them.

Are there showers?

Four, plus towels, and a rack for bikes inside the roller door.
